A La Carte Weddings & Events

Each floral item is designed with seasonal blooms in your preferred color palette. All arrangements are handcrafted by our team with the same attention to detail and quality we offer in full-service weddings — just without the minimums, contracts, or planning meetings.

Please note: candles will not be included and cannot be provided by Creations by Coppola since our team will not be breaking down the event to collect any containers.

When placing your order, you will be prompted to enter your color palette. Your desired color palette will apply to your entire order, including bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces, to create one cohesive look.

If you would like different color palettes for individual pieces, such as an all-white bridal bouquet with colorful centerpieces, please call the shop before placing your order to confirm.

We do our best accommodate preferences, but cannot make any promises due to the nature of flower availability.

No matter which palette you choose, your arrangements will reflect our Coppola signature: lush, layered, and thoughtfully designed using the best of what’s in season.

**At checkout, you’ll also have the opportunity to leave a note for our floral team with any special details or preferences for each item — especially helpful if you'd like to highlight certain tones or share more about your event style

We offer both in-shop pick-up and local delivery within the Greater Philadelphia area.

🌸 Pick-Up

• Available on the day of your event or the day before, during our regular business hours.

• Please note: pick-up times are limited to business hours only.

• For multiple or large-scale arrangements:

  • Ensure your vehicle has enough space.

  • Clear a flat, clean area for safe transport.

  • Consider bringing a friend to help with loading.

🚚 Local Delivery

• Available for orders of $200 minimum within the Greater Philadelphia area. Please email or call us before placing a delivery order to ensure we are available to deliver on your desired date.

• Delivery fees are based on distance and will be calculated at checkout.

• Deliveries are between 10am - 6pm

  • Please specify a time frame during checkout (ex. between 2-4pm)

  • If you require flowers at a specific time, pick-up is the better option as we cannot guarantee an exact time.

We offer set-up options for orders of $1800 or more - please contact us for more information.

For all other orders, on-site setup or floral installation is not included. All items are designed for easy placement by you or your coordinator.

Need help setting up larger pieces? We’re happy to quote a custom setup service depending on your needs and location.

Looking for something extra special? We can accommodate premium bloom requests — such as orchids, peonies, anthurium, or other tropical or rare stems — depending on season and availability. These requests may incur an additional fee.

Please note: If you request tropical or premium flowers, your floral piece may appear smaller in overall size due to the higher cost per stem.

This applies to all floral items, including our Bucket of Blooms.

If you’re unsure or have questions, please don’t hesitate to call the shop — we’re happy to help you decide what’s best for your event.

We recommend placing your order at least 1 month in advance, especially during peak wedding season (May–October). If you have a smaller order (ex. one bouquet, one boutonniere) 2 weeks in advance is fine. We always appreciate ordering earlier though!

This menu is a more streamlined version of our full-service floral offerings. While it does not include custom design consultations or on-site installations, it’s perfect for those seeking beautiful blooms with a simpler approach. If you're envisioning something more elaborate or hands-on, we’d love to tell you more about our full-service options.

That said, if you’d like a touch of expert guidance while ordering from our à la carte menu, design consultations are available for an additional fee and can be booked right through this menu below.
